Follow directions carefully to avoid skin and scalp burns, hair loss and eye injury. Do not apply to scalp. Do not use if scalp is irritated or injured. Do not use on bleached or permanently colored hair. Do not use on hair that has been permed with products containing ammonium bisulfite. Do not use on hair, which is breaking, splitting or otherwise damaged. With previously relaxed hair, relax only the new growth, following directions. I bought Dr. Miracle products because they were on sale about a year ago. Needless to say it has become one of my go to products. I use them all the time now. But I switch it up with Mane and Tail products and my hair has grown very, very long and is very healthy looking and feeling.

I normally have straight hair. I had a perm put in a while ago and decided to get it taken out with a straightener. Which I have used before with no problems. I am a white woman, so before buying this product I wasn't sure if it was for black or white women. It never specified. So I took a chance on that. This relaxer nearly ruined my hair! I have very long hair so I'm glad I didn't get it all over my hair! I also didn't use all of the mixture. I had bad feeling when I was applying the product and I was right. I had to cut some of my hair off! I am very upset that something like this is on the market. So please be aware! Thank goodness the hair I had to cut was just on the sides where it's feathered, not the length. There are still places where it is burnt, but it will just have to grow out I guess. I'm trying to condition it the best I can right now. I do NOT recommend this product!!! :(

I have very curly, frizzy, kinky, wavy uncontrollable yet fine hair. Humidity or any kind of dampness immediately ruins a style. I have relaxed my hair since I was a teen (that's a long time!) with various products. Some worked ok, some didn't and most really damaged my hair. Dr. Miracle's Relaxer is the best I have ever used. It relaxes hair completely and lasts a very long time. Because my hair is fine, I use the regular formula, not the super one. And I leave it in just a little less than the directions indicate. When my roots grow out after a few months, I need a re-do. I just relax the roots as the ends never frizz again. It really lasts. I did once leave it on too long and it was very dry and took a long time to recover. But when I am careful, it works great and just comes out a little dry. I also use the Dr. Miracle Oil Gro product to soften up my hair after relaxing treatments. I do not follow the directions and leave it in my hair. I rub it in and leave it on for 15 or 20 minutes then shampoo it out well. It is too oily and too fragrant for my hair to leave in. But after shampooing, my hair is so much softer and smoother when I use Gro Oil. These two products have allowed me to have the straight hair I have always wanted. Then a good cut now and then keeps my ends in shape. I really love these products.
