I have lower back pain. These work well in my sneakers. I had to trim them a little. Wish they had something for flip flops now that it's summer.

I spend alot of time on my feet - these inserts are comfortable and work wonderfully, releaving stress on my back, heels, legs. So happy with them I've purchased enough to wear in all my shoes. They are'nt bulky, easy to trim to size, slip in shoes, slip out and wash off to keep fresh. Age 58.

Extremely comfortable; especially when shopping and sight-seeing. I don't usually do much walking, because of chronic back pain; but these make it easier on my back when I do have to walk longer distances.

I purchased this product because I was putting orthotics in all my shoes to alleviate foot and back pain from being on my feet for five+ hours. I definitely noticed improvements in the pain I felt in my feet and lower back. It didn't alleviate 100% of the pain but it was a definite improvement and I would highly recommend to anyone who needs additional relief for foot and back pain.
