It's better than doing nothing, but it's not great. It took me several applications, and even then, it worked OK. The problem I had was that the medicated disc did not stay put after walking on them, so it would slide onto the good skin, which is bad, because it works by dissolving the callous, although maybe "dissolving" isn't the best word. The area where the medicated pad is stuck to turns white and then it eventually falls off.

If it touches good skin, it basically burns your skin. Since the pad doesn't always stay put and can slide off your callous onto good skin, that is not ideal. I am going to try the liquid where I can put it directly on the area that needs it. Which brings up another point--it's unlikely your callous is in the exact size and shape of the medicated pads, so that is not convenient.

I don't use the actual corn removing salycic acid dots. But I love the cushioning of the moleskin product.

I had a corn for a few months and wasn't sure this would work. I thought I'd have to see a professional but this worked very well. No pain, it's waterproof and I saw results in a few days. Highly recommended.

Once a month or so, a bone spur on my little toe causes a corn to form on the toe. This product does the trick. The covering for the actual corn remover is very thin and stays adhered in the shower. I use it for about 3 days, then a few days later, the thickened skin which has been whitened is easily removed. Voila! No more corn!

Terrible, this kept slipping off and did not work; its a complete waste of money.

These take a little of the corn off, however not completely. The pads have a tendency to slip off once your foot becomes hot in your shoe; therefore the effectiveness of the medicated pad is useless. Stopped buying these and now buy just pads and larger shoes in hopes that the problem will go away on its own.
