They do the job. They dont make the shoes especially comfortable, but at least now I dont dread using my heels, and I have started using them more often. The best thing the insoles do is that they prevent my feet from sliding forward, so my toes are not crushed in the front narrowest part of the shoe, and they also give some comfort to the ball of my foot. I'm disappointed but will use them since I've already inserted them into my shoes. Was hoping for more gel support and softness. Dr. Scholl - are you listening? The only negative is that I kinda wish they covered the toe area also...but I did not have to cut them or size them for my shoes (which was convenient). Pros

I love these insoles - I wear uncomfortable shoes most of the time because I love fashion and want to look great but that so many times does a number on my feet. I started wearing these several weeks ago and have noticed a marked difference in how my feet feel at the end of the day. They are not as tired and they certainly are not as achy as they usually are at the end of my day. I am so excited about the improvement in my feet and I actually feel like I am doing something healthy for my feet. These add great support and comfort to any shoe and what I love most is that if I want to remove the insole, the product comes off without leaving any nasty gummy residue on my shoe. These are awesome and I love them! Highly recommended!  Pros

I can probably wear my 3.5" heels for a few hours now without them hurting too much. Pros
