I received a free pair of these inserts as a part of a Bzzagent campaign. I wear heels several times a week and was excited to give these a try. They didn't meet my expectations. I have a size 7.5 foot and like some other reviewers found that the cushion for the ball of your foot stopped before the ball of my foot started. Anyone that wears heels regularly knows that is where you get the most pain when wearing high heeled shoes so that is a major negative.
I also found that I couldn't use these is nearly 90 percent of my shoes because they caused my foot to feel crowded and my shoe to cut into my foot ( I have a normal width foot). Supposedly you can use them in any shoe but they are probably better suited to high heeled sandals. Unfortunatley the majority of my heels are close toed. Something interesting to note about these is that they don't have adhesive on the bottom so as to allow you to change them out into different pairs of shoes as you need to. That is a plus in that you don't really need more than one pair but also means that they don't stick super well to the soles of some pairs of shoes especially if they are lined in fabric. I didn't notice any major slipping but was worried they would fall out of my sling-back wedges while walking.
All in all I did find one pair of wedges that were a little loose to start with that I can use these in. They also are pretty nice in flats but the silicone really isn't that thick so I didn't find it made a major of enough difference to buy these.

Comments about Dr. Scholl's for Her High Heel Insoles, Women's Sizes 6-10, 1 pr:

I am excited when I received one Dr Scholls inserts for high heel to try.
I always have problems wearing high heel as my feet are wide so it's difficult to find shoes that are fit and comfortable to wear.

So I am excited to try these but I soon find out that it does not help much as I thought it would be.

The inserts are thick and the length are not long enough to fit the whole feet.
these inserts also make your feet have less room inside and make your toes closer to the shoes top and will hurt your skin.

I do find that it does give the ball of my feet some comforts. But my issue most of the time when wearing high heel are my toes and the skin around my feet.

all in all this product does not work or make a difference.

I am a Bzzagent member and receive a sample to try and this is my own opinion.

Comments about Dr. Scholl's for Her High Heel Insoles, Women's Sizes 6-10, 1 pr:

I under-pronate when I walk which means my feet naturally do not roll inwards when I step. This places excessive stress on my foot and can make wearing shoes that are not supportive very uncomfortable. Since I don't want to wear orthopedic shoes all the time, particularly in the summer, I find inserts greatly help alleviate the stress on my feet. The Dr. Scholl's inserts for High Heels are supportive, comfortable to wear, clear (so they can't be seen) and easy to use. It makes wearing high heels a joy! I kind of wish the ball portion extended a bit further down, but that might make the insert more obvious which would not look good with open shoes. Overall I'm pleased with these and have already bought a few for the season. I received a pair of these from BzzAgent for review. I already use Dr. Scholl's products and this is my honest opinion.

I received this product through BzzAgent at a great time. I was going to a concert and wanted to wear nice boots that had a 2 1/2 in. heel. These boots were particularly harsh on my arches. These Dr. Scholl's inserts have great arch support! I love them and have bought several pairs since! They also work great with flats! Especially those with bottoms are as flat as a board! I only wish the heel and ball of foot parts of the insert were as cushiony as the arches are!

I love these. I love to wear heels all the time and these are fantastic in my opinion. I usually wear 4"-5" heels and I didn't sit at a desk all day. I also go out frequently and it makes my heels so much more wearable.

I swear by Insolia Inserts but tried these once. Insolia has the best high heel inserts, Dr. S is better left for regular shoe inserts not high heels.

I tried these in a pair of high-heeled sandals. They didn't stay put even for a short walk down the street.
