Indications
For removing common warts: common warts are skin-colored, usually appear on the hands and feet and are recognized by the rough "cauliflower-like" appearance of the surface. They are harmless growths that consist of a center of inner skin (or connective) tissue with blood vessels covered with layers of outer skin (or epidermis) tissue.
For removing plantar warts from the bottom of the foot: plantar warts are recognized by their location only on the bottom of the foot, their tenderness, and the interruption of the footprint pattern. Plantar warts grown inwards and are often flat due to the pressure caused by walking. They are often callused and painful.
Warnings
Highly Flammable. Contents under pressure. Do not pierce or burn pressurized can, even after use. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures above 50°C (120°F). Store at room temperature between 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F) and away from heat. Keep away from fire or flame and from sources of sparks or ignition. Direct exposure to heat may cause it to explode, causing serious injury. Do not smoke while using Freeze Away. Piercing the can or exposure to heat may cause it to explode, causing serious injury.

Do not use on areas with thin skin such as the face, armpits, breasts, bottom, or genitals. use on these areas may cause burns and permanent scarring.
Do not use on irritated skin, on any area that is infected, reddened or showing any signs of inflammation, such as itching or swelling. Treating these areas with Freeze Away will result in worsening of the condition and possible further infection. These conditions may not be warts and should be examined by a doctor. If you treat a skin condition as a wart with Freeze Away and it is not a wart, you delay proper treatment. This delay may lead to more serious skin condition or disease.
Do not use on moles, birthmarks, warts with hair growing from the, genital (on penis or vaginal areas) warts, or warts on the face or mucous membranes (such as inside mouth, nose, anus, genitals, lips, ears or near eyes). Use on these areas may cause burns and permanent scarring of the skin or blindness.
When using this product, changes in skin pigmentation may occur at the treated site. If you have any concerns, ask a doctor before using this product.
Use Freeze Away only if you are sure the skin condition is a common wart or plantar wart. If you treat a skin condition as a wart with Freeze Away and it is not a wart, you delay proper treatment. This delay may lead to more serious skin condition or disease.
Avoid Contact with Eyes. Contact with eyes may cause blindness. Do not rub or touch eyes with hands if Freeze Away has been applied to them. If product gets into eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and get medical help right away.
Do Not Swallow or Deliberately Inhale. Contents are toxic and may cause serious internal damage. use only in well-ventilated areas. If swallowed or deliberately inhaled, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
For external use only. Use only as directed. If you do not use Freeze Away exactly as these directions say to use it, of if you use it on any condition that is not a common or plantar wart, it may cause serious burns, permanent scarring of the skin, or blindness.
Keep out of reach of children. Children cannot understand the instructions to properly use this product. Individual components may present a choking hazard. Contents are hazardous if swallowed, breathed, sprayed on body parts other than warts, or exposed to heat.
Cautions: In most cases, only one treatment is needed for each wart. Plantar warts may need more than one treatment. Warts are usually gone in two weeks after treatment with Freeze Away. If a wart or part of it is still there two weeks after treatment, you may then safely treat it again. Do not treat each wart with Freeze Away more than four times in total. If 4 treatments have not removed the wart, ask a doctor and do not treat additional warts.

I'm so glad I ignored the reviews. I think that the people who hate it must be DOING IT WRONG. Don't chicken out and just use the corner, FOLLOW DIRECTIONS and just slam that puppy down on the wart, suck it up because it DOES sting, and count to 20. It took off two warts on the back of my hand in one use, and a huge, ugly nasty wart of my husband's thumb in two uses. That's three warts gone for the cost of Chinese takeout, and no dragging the 3 year old to a dermatologist. Much faster than the old liquids, much cheaper and easier than a doctor, no mess, no nasty smell.This is my new first line go-to for future warts.

The product says can work as little as one application. It took several for a very little wart. So little in fact it was almost flat. The applicator head was too big for my "little" wart and it burned my skin. I tried at first to to just use the edge of the applicator but than I didn't get full freezing coverage. Its ridiculous. Don't waste your money on this stuff!

I have been suffering from common and plantar warts for fourteen years, having caught them in elementary school. In the past I have been treated with liquid nitrogen by a physician with mixed results. I have also tried medicated pads and liquid wart remover, also with mixed results. Warts near nails respond well to liquid nitrogen, while ones along the fingers tend to shrink with liquid or stick treatments containing 40% salicylic acid. Dimethyl ether, the alternative freezing agent to liquid nitrogen, does not work well on stubborn warts, those having long roots, or plantar warts. I feel if liquid nitrogen would be approved for home use, OTC wart freezing products would have a better success rate. As I continue to treat my warts using various methods I have eliminated all of the ones I developed before college, however, new ones keep appearing on my hands. After having surgery in 2007 to remove seven plantar warts, I have one that has returned. I recommend seeing a podiatrist, as I am doing, for treating irritating plantar warts. With the help of a dermatologist, I am currently trying cauterization to treat stubborn warts on my hands. Freezing warts is harsh but, as I have experienced thus far, it has a 50% chance of effective wart removal with bi-weekly treatments. Good luck.

I got rid of a big nuisance wart on my finger in two applications. I also got rid of a nuisance mole even though it says don't use on moles, it worked equally well. I'm uninsured and self treat, but you should have your doctor look at your mole first.

Don't buy this. It just makes things worse. After months of trying this product and others, the only thing that was completely effective was 2 visits to the family physician (two treatments of liquid nitrogen). I wish we didn't waste all this time with expensive and useless products.

I used this freeze away product 3 times on 2 fingers of my right hand. I was very careful to follow instructions explicitly. Didn't work at all, in fact, I think my two warts are now larger than they were when I first tried to freeze them off. Very disappointed, was so excited to find this product and had very high hopes!

bought this product 2 times. First time it worked great. One or two applications and it was gone. Second time, all seven applications did not work. I know plantar warts are tough but mine laughed at this thing. I even cut all of the skin off with a clippers and then applied, still didn't work.

Never did figure out how to use it. Gave up. I have little patience with products that are so full of themselves that they think their customers want to pay that much attention and time.
