I encountered my first heel spurs while waitressing. I purchased many shoe inserts, expensive shoes and even a pair of Shox in hopes of curing the problem. This product has been the best solution by far and the least expensive. It offered immediate relief for me and I found that even though I walked on it and it flattened out, they lasted six months! The heel spurs went away. You can google how to massage the bottom of your foot to help with the heel spur. The gentle stretching is what really improves it in a long term way, but these inserts help immediately. They fit best in althletic shoes and I found that I can place them in cheaper brand shoes and still get great support. They are ideal for supporting your arch which takes the pressure off of the heel. I would recommend this product to anyone with painful heels spurs or if you have pain in your heels when you wake up in the morning.

It was actually distracting to have these in my shoes. They don't work well at all with my loafers & are only tolerable in my walking shoes. Sorry I wasted the money on them.

Since I'd had heel pain in one heel for a few months, I thought I would try this product. I used them for a week and then threw them out. My heel pain did not go away at all and my feet did not feel any better when I used them. Actually, I developed other aches and pains in my legs and feet. These may work for some people but they didn't work for me..

I didn't have any clue as to why my heel hurt. Some mornings I could not even walk on it, I tried this product and now it's like I never had pain or trouble with my heel. It's almost like it never was there. The best thing to do after the pain is gone, is to continue wearing the insert, because I found that the heel is still sore and it will start to hurt if the insert is not worn. You will love it. Thanks.

This product has done wonders for my plantars faciatis! I use in all my shoes because it easily conforms to all shoes types. and they are not expensive.
