This particular Dr Scholl's product has been around for over 50 years and I don't think it has been changed in that time.Was a standard in medicine cabinet when I was growing up.I recall Dad showing me how to use it properly. It works. Its not fast - not supposed to be. Don't use too much.Cover just the corn/callus and no surrounding skin. Do the above and it will satisfy most.

I use the product on a painful corn situated on outside edge of pinky toe close to pinky toe nail, so I need a large corn cushion (preferably medicated with Scholls's liquid). The corn is aggravated by rubbing against inside of shoe. I secure the cushion to pinky toe with a quarter-inch-wide strip of adhesive tape. The adhesive tape keeps the cushion on pinky toe long enough to survive a daily shower and thus to be cost effective. It also helps to purchase shoes wide enough to reduce friction of corn against inside of shoe. This is probably the most difficult part of the process because American shoes are now manufactured by Asians and end up much too narrow for American men's feet.

this product did not work for me, I put it on my toes & after a week or so I noticed that my callus just got bigger & uglier & turned into blisters I would not recommend this product to anyone

ive had corns and ugly toes for a long time and just decided to try and removed the corns....this worked fine for me it did leave the spot a little pink (i am black) but worked fine and removed it entirely!!! Now i enjoy getting pedies and get compliments on my feet. Not so surprised bc Dr Scholl's never lies!
