I just spent 5 hours walking around NYC in them and my feet only started hurting on the way home. I was hoping I would be able to use these in my shoes so my feet were less tired at the end of the day when I lace up my running shoes to go jogging. Unfortunately they are too bulky for most of my shoes, htere was no room left for my foot which had been my fear. They do fit in my boots. At first because of air getting underneath the inserts it sounded like I was walking on canaries as they squeaked, but that has mostly stopped. They have changes the fir of my boots so that while they are more comfortable in one area less so in the other so I am not sure I have gained anything. I think I will try them in my running shoes! They are much cheaper than custom orthotics and do a great job. This product is mislabelled by the manufacturer. It's not an arch support, it's a heel insert. A heel insert that made my foot not stay in my ballet flat securely because it's so thick in the heel. If I needed heel support, I think this would be a really great product. Maybe someone who needs shock absorbers or has back problems will get more use out of it than I did. Pros Cons

I have high arches, and this does indeed add an element of arch support. It does not completely alleviate the arch pain I have when wearing flat shoes, but it does lengthen the amount of time I can wear them without having arch pain. At this price level, it is probably the best you can do. The gel heel is nothing special. I would only purchase it for the arch, and note that it does not fit in all shoes. Pros
