Wow. So happy I tried these! Slid them into my sneakers before I went dancing the other night and I danced all night! The arch support was great and the gel padding in the heel and ball of the feet actually made my feet feel great. My feet felt like they did 10 years ago!

This product makes feet very comfortable while running especially with the arch support. 20x better than the insoles that come with the shoe when you buy it. It was very easy to install as all it requires is a pair of sharp scissors and a couple trial and errors.
Only con is that it sometimes slips inside the shoe, but all you have to do is stick your hand in and refit it. Not a big deal considering how effective this produt works.

Bought these for my 14yr old son who is a size 12 (& still growing). He has flat feet so his shoes break down quickly (support). He says these are comfy & have a good support by the arch. We had to trim the tip and sides a little. Sharp scissors is a must. This was a good choice for us to make his shoes last a little longer!Definately will but again, I saw these at the local [...]for $1.00 more, thanks for the good price!
