After spraying in my shoes, the smell in my shoes improved. When I spray on my feet however, my feet still sweat. I loved the cooling effect on my feet. For a person like me who's on her feet all day, I found that when I took off my shoes they weren't as sweaty as usual. I recommend this product for everyone -- good protection and also a pleasant smell!!
