The inserts are supposed to fit men with a shoe size between 8 - 12. Bottom kine, the inserts were very small and uncomfortable in my shoe. Don't trust the size advertised

So I decided to switch these out from my basic insoles because I have plantar fascitis, high arches and often get heel pain. I tried wearing these for a week and noticed that my feet became so sore during the day that all I wanted to do when I got home was prop my feet up. NOT RECOMMENDED.

They feel great on the heel. My only caveat about them is they want to slide forward when you first put on your shoes. They stay in place just fine otherwise.

This product is fine, but I purchased it completely just to use up FSA funds for the year. My claim for these was denied even though it was listed as an FSA eligible product.

Fit easily into shoe with no cutting required. Molded to foot within one day. Have yet to try other Dr.Scholls from the site, but will be doing so very soon!

These are the best inserts I have ever put in my shoes. The flexible arch support is great and they fit well in all of my shoes. I can play tennis without the heel pain that I have suffered with for years.
