I like the thickness at the sole and at the front they have a little padding but not thick enough to make your shoes too tight. Very comfortable. Profoot brand fits in shoe better without sliding when your foot goes in but they do not have as much heel pading.

I'm a dancer so when I wear regular shoes, I need them to support my feet well. I got these inserts to put in my boots for the winter, and I'm pretty happy with them. My only con is that in one pair of boots, they make the shoe part a little too snug. But they're fine in most shoes. In fact, they make my Uggs way more comfortable. I like that they're not permanent too, I can move them from shoe to shoe. Overall a good purchase.

i bought these for myself and i dont wear tennis shoes but thought just for when i did. my friend had the gel ones in her shoes for heal pain and those were not working at all for her. so i gave her these and she wears them everyday and even moves them every time she changes shoes!! she loved them so much i got her another pair and one for me and my daughter and husband! definitly a great buy!

I wear a size 9 and this is too short for the ball of my feet. I had to buy a pad to go with it because it's too short. I'm not sure how they thought it could cover such a big difference in sizes. If your feet are smaller, it will work great. It felt good on my heels, just wasn't long enough for my whole foot.

I have these in all of my closed shoes. I have extremely high arches and I had to go to a foot doctor for some help and he told me to get orthotic insoles made, however those can be really expensive. I saw these and tried them and I've never looked back. I have very small feet (size 5) so I have no idea how these are supposed to fit someone with a size 10 shoe, however, if you have a larger foot, maybe try the men's version. These make all my shoes more supportive and they don't ache nearly as much at the end of the day. I will continue to buy these as long as they continue to make them.

When I wear my shoes without this product, my feet only bother me a little. When I put the insoles in my shoes, my feet were killing me by the end of the day.

I bought this product to help relieve pain I was experiencing while walking due to Achilles tendonitis which made it hard to move around like Im used to. Im a runner, and I walk everywhere I can living in Manhattan and I needed a product that would take the pain away and help me get back to doing my daily activities.
This product is a lifesaver. I walked with no pain all around Times Square and I didn't even think twice about my tendonitis! This is a great buy.

These insoles are great! They are narrow enough to fit in dress shoes and they work equally well in boots and athletic shoes. I walk a lot each day and my previously tired feet feel great, even by 9pm!
