Very useful to alleviate pain from osteo arthritis and fibromyalgia. Use in the whirlpool bath 2-3 times a week at night to aid in restful sleep. However, the drawback is that it doesn't smell too much like lavender so I use a diffuser with lavender oil in it as well. Smells more like menthol, but still soothes so I will continue to use it.

I use this as needed - maybe 3 times per week and it is wonderful! Smells great and I can feel rejuvenated almost immediately! Love it

If you are used to using the kind of soaking salts that come in a paper carton, you'll welcome this plastic container that does not soak up the water or become chunky when sitting near a water-logged sink! This product smells nice but does not have a too-strong scent, and it reminds you to slow down and soak aching muscles or sprained hand/wrist/ankle/foot, etc.

This redues swelling for knee issues due to whiplash complications.
I use a very generous amount, like 2 cups when I have flare ups.
Otherwise, I use much smaller amounts to scent the bath.

This epsom salt has a realy strong scent. Its pretty goood. Only con I dont like about it is once you open the bag, it is really hard to close the ziplock because the salt gets everywhere.
