These work well for anti-nausea purposes, but what they really excel at is beating insomnia. I have extremely resistant insomnia (the kind where I'm not tired enough to fall asleep until 6 a.m.- just when I have to wake up for work!) My brain/body is resistant to every OTC sleep aid on the market, as well as all the prescriptions they'll give out for it in this day & age. For some reason, though, Dramamine works when everything else fails. My trouble isn't staying asleep, but falling asleep- and this works very quickly to help me get tired enough to do so. Most sleep aids, IF they work at all, take hours to do so. This takes about 30 minutes to set in. What a godsend this product is. I don't have any grogginess the next day, though I only take two pills at night (more doesn't make it work better, so don't overdo on this!) I also don't sleep more than eight hours when I take this. Other sleep medicines, if & when they finally work, make me sleep too long, leaving me feeling like a wet rag. The other upside is that it helps my fibromyalgia by reducing the nausea & stomach pain that go w/ that syndrome, as well. Thanks for carrying this product!

This is great for mild nausea and stomach upset. It is also good for sea sickness.

I suffer from nausea practically everyday with or without food. This product always provides me with great fast relief. Although it takes the nausea away it does not always prevent vomiting and it causes drowsiness.

Excellent Product, would not fly without it. I am not a nervous flyer, but this really take the edge off. I tried flying once without and it was the worst flight ever. It will however cause drowsiness, but when I am flying I prefer to sleep anyway!

As far as I'm concerned, Dramamine is the gold standard for motion sickness protection. I have been using it for years, and I would never fly without it. Take it 30 minutes to an hour before the flight, and you are good to go. No more puking into the bag!

Dramamine does cause drowsiness, so I would not recommend it for cruises. But it is perfect for flying where there is not much else to do but sleep.

I use this product for meniers disease. Takes away dizziness quickly.
