I bought this product at the check out line in the airport before getting on my flight to Barcelona from Dulles Airport. I drank the dream water expecting it to be a bust but was extremely satisfied. I had the worst seat on the plane - smack dab in the middle of 5 seats for an overnight flight. After drinking the water, I quickly fell asleep and barely moved the remainder of the 8 hour flight. Never even got up to stretch my legs or go to the bathroom. This stuff is a miracle elixir best used on long flights!

I drank this 30 minutes before I went to sleep. I didn't move once my head hit the pillow. Usually I toss and turn all night because of back pain. I actually slept all night and did not wake up until my alarm went off. When I got up, I felt no side effects. I felt awake and refreshed. I was not in pain or sore from sleeping in one place either. I was completely amazed at how relaxed I was. The only issue is it is a little expensive so you would only want to use it for the short term use or just on nights you really felt like you needed it.
