I use the spa blanket daily to sooth my tight shoulders and upper back. It feels great. It is somewhat heavy, but I don't mind that. I do think, however, the design could be improved. The grain pack has sections that are about 6" X 6" which allows the grain to shift to the bottom of the sections. Smaller pouches would more evenly distribute the grain and make the blanket less bulky. There is also no way to attach the grain pack to the cover, so it tends to hang out. It still functions satisfactorily , but I think it could be improved.

I looked around to find the specs before ordering, but I love these products. I was in an accident recently and have tried as many natural products for healing and this is the way to go. The specs are 18X44. I buy my therapy products at drugstore.com because they are the most reasonable, free shipping, and drugstore dollars-rewards.

This spa blanket is the best product I have ever purchased from Dreamtime and I have already purchased 3 so that one will always be available for us and one as a gift. Three minutes in the microwave and then wrap yourself in it and all I can say is that it is heavenly and that I would never be without one. It is also great to take to bed with you to ease any pain or just to feel so warm and comfy. The blanket is priced more than the Dreamtime wrap but is worth the price because it is so much larger. You won't regret your purchase of the spa blanket!
