I love this product, however, like others have mentioned the smell is kind of odd. I have used it on my back so the smell is not right near my face. I love the weight and size of the wrap and the fabric covering it is high quality and soft.

I didn't see much use for this when I received mine as a gift but now I love it. I heat it before bed and it gets my freezing feet warm. It holds the heat for a long time and is easy to use. I love that it takes whatever shape it is up against, making it quite comfortable. I thought the fragrance was too strong but it has disapated over the year I have had it and others might really like it. I just bought two for gifts for others. One intends to use it for shoulder pain.

This is a great product. The color is lavender, not the scent, the description is a little confusing. But it is very easy to microwave, it wraps nicely for neck and shoulders. Scent is a little strong, would prefer no scent but it's tolerable and will fade in time. Well worth the price. I'm enjoying it.

I purchased two wraps as gifts for my daughters. They are SO happy and appreciative for the relief and comfort that the wraps deliver !! The deep and soothing warmth truly has been a blessing to them. Now I'm going to order one for myself !!

I never have neck or shoulder pain, but I bought this product over 2 years ago for pain brought on by endometrious. Now that issue has been resolved and yesterday I had severe neck and upper back pain - like i've never felt. I was awake a lot of the night and remembered i had this wrap. I warmed this up for 2 minutes and let it rest in the neck groove - within minutes, the pain had relieved. I can't believe how effective this product is on neck and shoulder pain - WOW! I love that it's a wrap for the body - it's safe to use anywhere on my body I have pain. Thank you Drugstore.com for carrying such a terrific product!

This is a great product. I've had mine for at least 4 years
and use it all winter long. I've ordered several for family
and friends. The only downside is that after that length
of time, its fragrance is quite minimal - which is unfortunate.
But it still works to provide soothing comfort for pain or stress!!

I use this product everyday, even when I travel. I have used it for 3+ years and this is my 5th or 6th wrap. I noticed a huge change in the quality of how it is made this time. It still smells good, and feels good, but it's lumpy inside (which happens as they age) and not quite as effective. I am so disappointed that I will have to spend another [$] for one that will work better! I usually don't replace but every 8 months.
