As someone with a family history of diabetes I was not comfortable with drinking the guava nectar even though it worked. When I heard about guava leaf extract I tired it and found it has the same effect. Comments about Drinkin' Mate Feel Better the Next Day Tablets, 6 ea: Drinkin'Mate works for more than just relief of hangovers.We do have a full bar on the patio and I give this to everyone who comes over! It works best if you have one before drinking and another one before bed. Personally the VERY berry taste is a bit much for me so I add more water than recommended to dilute it. I also have taken it when I feel a migraine coming on. It relieves my nausea right away and have shared it with other migraine sufferers and they have also had very good results.
