Most Liked Positive Review Not just for hangovers Years ago I discovered on a trip to Hawaii that guava juice greatly reduced night time urination (60 years old). As someone with a family history of diabetes I was not comfortable with drinking the guava nectar even though it worked. VS Most Liked Negative Review Still can't overdo it Not sure if it really works as you probably don't always have the same amt/type of alcohol everytime you drink, so it's hard to really test it. That said, I think it helps a bit. It's easy to use- just drop into water and drink. Decent berry taste. Not a miracle worker but worth a try. I know it's not the most healthy thing in the world, but just being realistic about the review. The first time I used it was during an all day and night affair, and I woke up the next morning with no problems. I have used it on many weekends since then during tailgaiting season, and the one issue is that the results have not been replicated since. However, I usually take one before going out and one after coming back in before bed. I still wake up the next am with no headache, no nausea, and no feeling of general uselessness, that usually accompanies a weekend of drinking. I now when I know it's gonna be a long weekend or long few days, make sure to keep some on stock. It keeps you hydrated as well. I love it. Pros

To my surprise it worked great. In fact 3 neighbor friends and I put it to the test together and the next morning there were only reports of being thirsty and tired...no vomiting, headaches or the overall hangover feeling.
