Now my Seeing Eye guide dog has chronic ear infections so I have to use them almost daily. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH COTTON ON THE TIPS! Sometimes, you can just feel the sharp edge of the wooden stick and that is dangerous and uncomfortable. I have contacted you several times about this problem but no change has been made. I will still buy them from you, but I think you should add a little more padding to the tips. Those with plastic or paper sticks have much more padding. Thank you. The wooden sticks are so much better than the plastic or cardboard ones because they are firm & don't break or bend under pressure. However, the Drugstore's in-house brand are so skimpy on the cotton that you wind up using 3 or 4 when with Q-Tip brand you would use only one. Cleaning around the ear can be delicate and the wood sticks give me more assurance I won't make any mistakes. I wasn't happy with the local grocery and drug stores when they took them off the shelves! I'm so glad that drugstore.com gives me the option of buying them online.
