I have hereditary hair loss and used this product twice daily for 1 year. My hair texture improved drastically and it grew past my shoulders for the first time in years. Here are the cons: I interrupted application for one week and when I continued again, my scalp became so inflamed, I discontinued use. After six months all the new darker hair I had grown completely fell out, and my hair has continued falling out since resulting in much thinner hair than when I began this product. To get a hold on my hair loss, I decided to start using Spectral DNC four months ago and now my hair texture is starting to improve and grow again.
After I used it for a week,I lost 1/4 of my existing hair. I falls pretty fast and unstoppable. This product doesn't help and make me lost a lot of hairs!!!!!!!!!!!!! Piece of junk!! It is a harm !!
Works for me. Better than paying for name brand. Use it once a day most days - skip a day sometimes if I forget, doesn't effect results. I have very fine - thin hair and have had alot of new growth. My hairdresser agrees. I recommend try it to see if it will work for you.
This was the best price I could find from a reputable website. No effect in the first three weeks but you are supposed to give it three months for it to work (or develop side effects). Nice thing is you can see if minoxidil will work for you for less than $20... a lot cheaper than name brand.
great deal for strong minoxidil. I use it with the [$] spectral in my hair growth regimin. If I use the more expensive DNC-L on just the front and this on the back of my head, I can make it all last for around 4-5 months!
I wasn't sure about this product, so I only bought one box to start with. I'm now ordering my second box of Spectral UHP 5% Minoxidil. This product doesn't seem to leave the oily look on my husband's hair like the Rogaine does. It works just as well as Rogaine and costs less. This is a good value.
Just got my first box of Spectral UHP and the packaging looks awesome. The texture of the product is basically the same as Rogaine but I feel that it leaves my hair a bit less greasy. I can't believe you are getting so much for such a low price.
