Comments about Durable Foil Aluminum Foil, 12", 200 sq ft:

Unfair comparison of this "budget" foil to the high end, expensive or heavy duty category of foil. Compared to non heavy duty foil this is a five star foil. It is thicker than most of the budget foils and compares favorably to most if not all store brands. One reason it might rip is that 200 feet of foil is a monster payload at the beginning of the roll(you get a huge supply). It may not be five stars compared to heavy duty foils but I find this is a remarkable deal. Sure there are thicker, heavier, stronger foils available and if that is your expectation do not buy this or buy this in order to cover your bases as regards the many uses for foils.

Comments about Durable Foil Aluminum Foil, 12", 200 sq ft:

Reviewers who complained that this is a thin foil must be used to R*ynolds HEAVY foil, which is an industrial strength. This Durabe brand is just like foil Used to be-- tears easily and neatly from roll, is thick enough for single sheet to cover baking casseroles in the oven, to line roaster and toaster trays, costs pennies per square foot, freezes just fine, and with 200 sq feet in a roll, if you just Have to double it, go right ahead. It is an exceptionally well made product, and No, it is not flimsy or easily ripped. You will be surprised how much it is just like what you grew up with. I have been wanting to say how much I like it for a Long time, and have zero complaints. This is not a waste of money or junk, this is the real deal, old school, and the most inexpensive per square foot you will find anywhere that is thick enough to do all jobs. I love it!

Comments about Durable Foil Aluminum Foil, 12", 200 sq ft:

This foil gets a bad rep in the reviews and I wanted to stand up for it. It's thin, sure, but for me? That's what makes it so handy: I can reach for the box and tear off a liberal chunk without wondering if I'm gonna be left 3 inches short on wrapping that last chicken breast! And yeah, since it's so thin, it doesn't have that "easy bend to seal a glass baker" quality to it but, it works.

Very difficult to unroll -- foil tends to tear. Despite lower price, would not purchase again.

There is alot of foil on these rolls. It is comparable,
in quality, to the most popular name-brand. There is actually more feet on these rolls than the name-brand for a cheaper price.
I am sold on this product.

Not sure what the name 'Durable' implies. This foil is paper-thin and have to double up on it so there's no real cost savings. Wouldn't buy again.
