It's nice that it comes with a little pump. I can see the little instruction that it 'expires' after so long, I haven't noticed that yet, but be aware. It definitely works, a little too well, my wife was done way before me that first time! It doesn't last long, though, reapplications can be necessary to keep it going. Nice that it's thick and not runny at all... Comments about Durex Utopia: Female Arousal Gel, .51 fl oz: As a post-menopausal woman, I use intravaginal estrogen for dryness. This does not help enough with vaginal opening or clitoral discomfort. UTOPIA gel makes intercourse enjoyable, but more importantly, it makes it possible at all! I have tried ALL the other lubricants on the shelf, and they simply cannot compare to the functionality and fun that Utopia allows. It only takes a few drops to get superb lubrication and sensations of arousal. Pros

It also worked great as lubricant and was not sticky like some other lubricants.As for arousal enhancement, it didn't work wonders but it increased a little bit.
