Though it was reading high so I took it to several other places with me to check along side of other BP machines and my thoughts were correct.... reads about 15 points high...

Have a problem with this product don't think it is calibrated properly. Records everyones bp very high in comparison with regular bp tester (pump up type). Have 3 calls to Mabis but representatives are VERY busy and will return my call. DON'T KNOW WHEN! Will keep trying. Got this because I can't use pump type- no strength in my hands. Hoped it would be the answer to my prayers, but if it doesn't give proper readings what good is it.
