Moist Heat Mitt:
Helps relieve pain and discomfort associated with carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, and stiffness
I purchased this for treating carpal tunnel and arthritis pain. I found it a bit bulky and felt it did not retain heat long enough. I think adding a velcro strap to the wrist area may help retain heat inside the glove longer. It is convenient to use, not messy like other types of treatment however I did not feel the heat was retained long enough to make it worth the cost.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Application of Moist Heat TheraBeads® are simple and safe to use. Simply follow the instructions included with each TheraBead® product. Be sure your microwave is thoroughly clean and free of any food debris or fluids. Food residues or spilled liquids can contaminate your TheraBeads® product causing it to develop "hot spots."
