It really applies nicely. And I use the sharpener on my other pencils and it's now the best little sharpener I have--- threw out my others, cuz this one sharpens without breaking my pencils constantly. Nice little bonus. Plus, the price is fantastic.

It's a good eyeline...and a great price. i'd compare it to more expensive brand. i bought my first elf eyeliner in 2007 and now i dont buy any other. it's really good.

I love this product. It is BLACK without darkening the eye. It wears great without smudging or disappearing by the end of the day. I had a free sample from years ago and loved it, but could not find it again until drugstore.com!!

I love the shades of these e.l.f. eyeliner pencils, however, the formula isn't so good. Even though this pencil is easy to apply, goes on creamy and looks good, it flakes off very easily even after you smudge it with an eyeliner brush or Q-Tip. Five minutes after applying I had tiny navy blue flecks under my eyes (I have the Midnight Blue and the Black). It's ok for occasional and casual use.
I'm very disappointed as I really love the Midnight Blue shade.
I recommend it only if you really love dark navy eyeliner and don't mind a few flecks on your cheeks.

I like the fact that ELF doesn't test on animals but this product needs improvement. It was smudgy and messy soon after applying.

I think I could get hooked on E.L.F. for the price. I have been no more impressed with more expensive products.

Love this liner. For someone who tries to stay true to their major makeup; mine- Rimmel & MAC, E.L.F is that good, cheap everyday house makeup. Only thing I can't use on bottom lid, when I put it on it's so neat, but 5 minutes later, it's gone.

I got raccoon eyes from this shortly after. I did not use primer however. These are worth getting if you need a special color like glided but not as a main staple of black or brown eyeliner. For that I suggest a water proof variety. All E.L.F. products are tiny sized, this was no different.

I did not like this eye liner at all. Eyeliner should glide on "softly & smoothly". This is a "very hard" pencil. It pulls and tugs at your poor delicate eyelid. I threw it into my craft bin to use on an art project.
