I've never been able to draw a perfect line with liquid liners and eyeliner pencils always smudge away from my oily lids. But this works perfectly well for me. If you don't already have an angled eyeliner brush, this comes with a small eyeliner brush that will get the job done. First, I create a thin tight line, as close as I can to my lashline and build upon that - depending on how thick I want it. So far, it's worked great for me. No running, no smudging. If you want to make sure it lasts through a few tearjerkers, a wash of primer to prep your lids wouldn't hurt. Hav fun with it!
