This powder blends well and doesn't settle into creases or wrinkles, it also reflects light so that your skin has a luminous look that is fabulous! If I had to say anything negative it would be the packaging, it is messy and causes you to lose significant amounts of the product. I will definitely keep this in my make-up bag....it is a must when there are photos to be taken!

I decided to give this powder a try and I'm glad I did. The powder itself is pretty good; I apply it with a brush instead of the puff that comes with it and it feels nice going on and stays in place. It's sheer and doesn't provide strong coverage, so it works just fine for a minimal makeup routine. The downside is, the packaging for this powder is terrible. It's a nice looking box that does not close very tightly. There is a sifter insert inside and when you turn the box upside down to sift out some more powder, it leaks out through the gap that remains even when the box is closed as tight as it will go and sends powder clouds everywhere. I pried the sifter out of the box and dip my brush lightly into the powder to use it. (I have a large powder brush and the opening is big enough to accommodate my brush) I like the powder well enough but the packaging/mess really bothers me, so I haven't decided if I'll keep using this or not.

Comments about e.l.f. Studio High Definition Powder, .28 oz:

I have used Coty airspun powder for years, but it has become hard to find so I decided to try this powder instead. I'm so glad I did. This product is amazing. It is incredibly lightweight and does a great job setting my foundation and keeping my skin looking fresh all day long. My only complaint is the packaging- as others have stated. It looks sleek, but the powder tends to spill out over the edge, making a mess and wasting product. This will not deter me from ordering this again though. Overall, very satisfied.

This is my favorite powder to put over foundation. I had been resistant to trying elf products because I have always equated inexpensive products with bad products. The finish is light and silky and controls shine well.

Comments about e.l.f. Studio High Definition Powder, .28 oz:

I like to use a translucent type setting powder after applying foundation and this works pretty well for that purpose.

It is very white in the container but that tends to 'go away' after it's been on a second or two and it does give a nice, silky matte look to my face.

I agree with other reviewers - the packaging is messy....the puff is too small for the container and when you turn it upside down to get powder onto the puff, powder seeps around the edges and falls onto everything below:(

Not a deal breaker for me because I do like the product itself but it's a bit aggravating.

Comments about e.l.f. Studio High Definition Powder, .28 oz:

I always need a good powder to set my make up, but I'm incredibly fair so I find it difficult. I tried this on a whim, and I'm glad I did. I think the container is difficult to use without spilling everywhere, so that's a con. Also, a little goes a long way and if you put too much on your brush (I don't use the powder puff), then it can make you look a little chalky. A clean brush can make up for that.

I use this over 2 in 1 foundation and pat it, not rub it. Amazing! Natural looking. Very little needed. Lasts longer than one would think. Doesn't get on clothes. My complexion has improved. Best six dollars you will ever spend!

I thought this would give me a glow and not matte finish. Maybe I read it wrong. Great product if you want oil absorbing but I wanted something that GIVES shine.

Not a huge fan of the ELF brand (love their makeup brushes though). I think their other make up (nail polish, eye shadow, lip gloss) is a little cheap and does not last. I was looking for a translucent powder to set my tinted mosutrizer and this is perfect! I'm not sure how other brands measure up to it but I am satisfied with this one, and you can't beat the price.
