Just as good as certain name brand brushes that cost $30-plus dollars. Very soft, dense, and doesn't shed. Can be used for just about anything. Highly recommend. Loving Elf's brushes, so nice not to have to pay ridiculous prices for good quality products.

I use this brush every morning. It does its job! First, I apply e.l.f. HD powder all over my face and then with this same brush I apply my powder foundation. My face stays matte for a good 6 hours. I have combination skin, mainly oily in the T-zone.

I was really shocked at the quality of this brush because it it so inexpensive. I did have a couple of bristles come out in the first couple of uses but that doesn't happen anymore. Overall, great brush and you just can't beat the price!

I use my e.l.f. Kabuki to apply my mineral powder foundation. At first the bristles feel like it's a bit too long and that I would have to apply several layers to build coverage. But I was quite surprised that it held the product quite well and I managed a medium coverage quite quickly, which is great since I'm usually in a rush in the morning.

Another plus point is that the bristles are black and I can clearly see how much product is on the brush and if it's unevenly spread. AND... no funky smell, the kind you get with new brushes.

The only negative point (to me at least) is that the handle is a bit too thin, which makes the grip slightly challenging... not too big of a deal, though.

I was not very impressed with this brush. I am currently using a Stript brand vegan kabuki, and LOVE it. This brush was WAY too loose. I like my kabuki thick and a little firm. This brush does not give enough coverage. I only suggest buying this is you need a very loose brush for using shimmer body powder or something of that nature.

I actually recently purchased a ~$50 Kabuki brush from a well known pricey brand - it was terrible! felt like it was made from boars hair & the bristles started falling out right away. This on the other hand was amazing! so so soft. I don't know if it will last for years but I am okay with that at this price.

I use this everyday to apply a loose mineral powder foundation and the bristles are amazingly soft. I didn't expect much from a low cost brush but I decided to give it a try based on the reviews I read and this more than exceeded my expectations. I would definitely purchase again or recommend to a friend.
