e.l.f. Studio brushes can be used wet or dry & are of high quality! Their bristles do not shed! I use my "small precision brush" mainly with concealer to cover flaws. I lightly dab a small amount of concealer on area & then gently feather out to blend. This would also work well for defining lips or eyes. I use a little anti-bacterial hand soap to clean my brushes, often. They hold up very well. Good price for such a good product!

e.l.f. Studio brushes are the best value on the market. I own all of the Studio brushes, and I just started using the small precision brush. I have tried every brush and finally found THE BEST brush to use with gel eyeliner. It works perfect for tight lining the top lid, of my eyes. Highly recommend this brush for your collection...
