This product is pretty effective if you can tolerate the color. I have very olive/yellow toned tan skin. I couldn't put this all over my face as a result, because it looked like I was sick. I started using it as an eyeshadow base and sunscreen for my lids. Best decision I ever made with this product. I haven't had any issues with my eyelids burning despite using a retinol eye cream, and it keeps my oily lids from creasing better than any eye primer I've tried (including high-end stuff). Then I got the idea to change the color to match my skintone so I could use it instead of foundation. Second best decision I made. It was a lot of work, and a color wheel was useful. Not for your average user though. It stays on my skin really well when I set it with the setting spray. I also use silica powder for extra oil control. Unless I get a more oil-controlling foundation, I will be repurchasing and reformulating as needed.

I bought this by mistake instead of the e.l.f. HD powder. I thought I'd try it out but it was way too pink for me. Granted I do have yellow undertones and am medium-tan, I think the pink tint this powder leaves behind won't be flattering on many skintones. Unless you have really warm, pink undertones, don't waste your money on this or check it out online before purchasing. If you're looking for a universal powder, go buy the HD powder. That one is great.
