Work best if you insert before they close the airplane door, but have worked inserting even after ear pain/pressure starts. If you travel by air, these are a must, recommended them to my brother-in-law who is an otolaryngologist.

I had terrible ear pain on a flight to Florida a few weeks ago.
ENT Doc prescribed an RX nasal spray, decongestant tablet and saline spray to use on the plane.

I told him about Ear Planes he never heard of them.
Wow, what a difference on our flights the past two weeks. I could unclog my ears with the hold your nose and blow method. Never was able to do this w/o the Ear Planes. No trouble to insert and for me they were comfortable.

These worked amazingly!! I felt no pressure at all in my ears upon take-off and landing. I'll definitely use these for any future flying I do!

These things were a lifesaver! I was a bit skeptical at first when I read reviews on how great these worked to eliminate ear pain when flying. I suffer from acute pain and hearing loss after I fly, but I used these on my trip to Alaska, and even when flying on a small plane that landed on a glacier, I had absolutely no problems at all! I would certainly recommend these to anyone who has difficulty with their ears when flying.

Easy to put in -- just before take-off; and take out -- just before landing. If the flight is less than an hour, I just leave them in my ears.

This product is awesome. I am in so much pain when I fly I am usually in tears. I even had a Bell's Palsy incident once from flying. Also, I always need to go to the doctor for medication to cure the middle ear infection I always get from flying and I can not usually hear for a week. I just returned from two trips within a 1 week period and I could not believe how well this product work. No pain, yes no pain what so ever, Thank you to the manufacture of this product. It works! Finally, No More Tears.

Bought these for my teenage daughter who has suffered with ear issues all her life and was always in pain when the plane was descending, often so bad it brought her to tears. She is the one who originally found these at an airport store, but they are so expensive there. She travels on planes often now and this is the only thing she has ever tried that has helped. I am so happy to have found these!

My ear canals must be smaller than most. When I use the foam, I hear them crinkling and then they eventually pop almost completely out. These work well for noise, but I wanted to be able to sleep with them in for when my husband watches tv in bed. I can't turn my head to the side because they're too long, and they are a bit stiff and uncomfortable. I bought a pair at the airport once and they were designed just like these and they were absolutely perfect ... wish I could find them again. I'm trying the Mack's, but if they don't work, I'll have to look next time at the airport, I guess!
