This worked fine but you have to wait 24 hours after pouring it down the drain to shower. Hope you have two showers in your home or time your bathing just right. Then I noticed that it didn't work after the 24 hours but worked more like 36-48 hours afterward. And, it needed a lot of water to flush it through the pipes. In the end it works really well but it is a bit difficult to use.

Earth Enzymes has become my "go-to" product for anything I'm having difficulty eradicating. My latest find: glass vases. Earth Enzymes eliminates the scum and hard water etching naturally. I pour some in directly after emptying the vase and swirl it around so that all parts of the vase where water was now is lightly coated. I let it stand several hours and later fill it with water and let it stand some more. It has rejuvenated glass I'd thought was beyond hope, eradicating the tell-tale cloudiness. Really impressive.

I gave this product a try, b/c I believe in using greener products; unfortunately, this product did "not" un-clog my bath tub drain. I ended up purchasing traditional DRAINO, which un-clogged magically!

As instructed on the container, I put a little in a little warm water and pour it down the drain, followed by 2 cups of water. It dissolves completely and I use the drains normally afterward, without having to let it sit. And I don't have to keep a separate container to use for this - just wash the cup and it's fine.

I've never had to use it for a clog, so I don't know how it works for that, but weekly maintenance keeps me clog-free.

I used this on my tub, and the clog actually had gotten worse. This was the first time I used an environmentally-friendly product on my drains, and so far I am a non believer. First, there is so much prep where you have to find a large and disposable mixing container to pour this very smelly powder with two quarts of warm water. Make sure the stuff has fully disolved. This stuff doesn't fully disolve by the way. I mixed it and shook the container for fifteen minutes and the clumpy powder still hung out at the bottom of the container. Like a dummy, I poured it into my drain, waited 24 hours (Yeah, no showers for 24 hours) and the clog had gotten worse. I went back to Liquid Plummer.

after multiple uses, & that is a LOT to apply, it improves somewhat, albeit the result quite mediocre.
also it does nothing if the cloggin is caused by hair.

but i don't want to be too harsh on it.
i have yet to find a green drain opener that works as well as those nasty commercial stuff. it's not easy to be green.

I wanted an all natural drain cleaner that was safe for the environment, but that actually works! The instructions for use of this product require a lot to begin with, and then don't expect it to dissolve completely like they tell you to make sure that you should do. Also, you must leave it in drain for 24 hrs. Don't plan on bathing or using the sink for awhile.

Oh dear. I really wanted this product to work. I liked the idea of an all natural product to keep my frequently clogged drains clear. I followed the instructions, word for word, starting with the simple drain maintenance. My drain was not in terrible shape to begin with, but after the first use of this product, the drain got a little slower. I did a second treatment, then a third, then several more, increasing the amount of time before flushing the drain and each time the drain got slower. Finally, the drain just didn't drain at all. So, I tried the full on drain unblocker and waited for longer than 24 hours before flushing with water. No luck at all. I ended up buying liquid plumber, which took care of my problem right away. I'm not sure why this didn't work for me (I followed the directions exactly) and why it worked for others. I won't be using this again on my drain, but I do like the suggestions from other reviews for other uses. If you get this, have a backup plan in case it doesn't work.
