Despite steam cleaning multiple times the smell would not go away, and would be especially bad on humid days. I soaked the area with this stuff, and we haven't smelled anything since. I am going to try it on my car carpet mats and the bathroom throw rugs while cleaning. I use it for all kinds of stains on clothing and carpets. It just got a red drink stain out of the carpet. Pros

On clothing, gets out most, but not all stains (may need to reapply several times). Easy to use and not perfumed (slight scent, but doesn't bother me though I'm highly reactive to artificial fragrance). Pros

Comments about Earth Friendly Products Stain & Odor Remover, 22 fl oz: This not only removes cat food containing red dye from carpeting, but also it removes old mystery stains, general greyness from age & blood. I have non-Stainmaster, light beige carpet (not by choice) & used to dread seeing carpet stains, as they never were entirely removable. When I found this product, not only did the dread stop, but so did stain residue! I can keep my carpet looking new all the time now. This is better than Resolve, specialty products sold on home shopping networks, and a lot of other "natural" & not-so-natural lines of carpet stain removers I've tried over the years BY FAR. Pros

I was skeptical because sometimes natural products lack the power to deal with tough cleaning issues. I'm not sure how it works on odors but for stains, I give it an A+! Pros

Comments about Earth Friendly Products Stain & Odor Remover, 22 fl oz: My cat sometimes has an issue with pooping right next to her litter box so multi-purpose pet cleaner is a must-have in my home. This stuff works well! Gets the odors right out! The 1 and only negative I have is that the after smell is a bit gross. Not anything near as bad as cat poo and pee... but not the best smell. I works, however, and I would def buy it again. |
