Earth Options by raid™ House & Garden Insect killer may be used indoors or outdoors as a contact spray for flying and crawling pests commonly found in and around the home.  Earth Options by Raid™ House & Garden Insect killer contains Pyrethrins, Derived from a Chrysanthemum Flower to give fast and effective kill of German Cockroaches on contact.  Pyrethrins also will "flush" hiding German Cockroaches, which then allows you to spray them for immediate contact kill.

Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals: Caution. Harmful if swallowed or absorbed through the skin.  Avoid contact with the eyes, or clothing.  Prolonged or frequently repeated skin contact may cause allergic reactions in some individuals.  Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet.  Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse.  Remove pets and birds and cover aquariums before spraying.

First Aid:  If swallowed:  Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice.  Do not give any liquids to the person.  Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control center or doctor.  Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.  If on skin or clothing:  Take off contaminated clothing.  Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes.  Call a poison control center of doctor for treatment advice.  Have the product container or label with you when calling a poison control center, doctor or going for treatment. 

Environmental Hazards:  This product is toxic to aquatic organisms, including fish and invertebrates.  Drift and run off may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in water adjacent to treated areas.  This product may contaminate water through runoff.  This product has a potential for runoff for several weeks after application.  Poorly draining soils and soils with shallow water tables are more prone to produce runoff that contains this product.

This product is highly toxic to bees exposed to direct treatment on blooming weeds or crops.  Do not apply this product or allow it to drift to blooming crops or weeds while bees are actively visiting the treatment area.

To protect the environment, do not allow pesticide to enter or runoff into storm drains, drainage ditches, gutters, or surface waters.  Applying this product in calm weather, when rain is not predicted for the next 24 hours will help to ensure that wind or rain does not blow or wash pesticide off treatment area.  See directions for use for additional precautions and restrictions.

Physical or Chemical Hazards:  Do not use this product in or on electrical equipment because of shock hazard.

It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Apply this product only as specified on the label.  Do not contaminate food or feedstuffs.

Shake well before using.  Do not allow adults, children or pets to enter treated area until spray has dried or vapors and mists have dispersed and the area has been thoroughly ventilated.  Do not apply this product in a way that will contact adults, children or pets, either directly or through drift.  Do not remain in treated area.  Exit area immediately and remain outside the treated area.  Exit area immediately and remain outside the treated area area until vapors vapors or mists have dispersed.  remove pets, birds and cove fish aquariums before spraying.  Do not wet plants to point of runoff or drip.  Do not wet article to point of runoff or drip.  Do not use treated article until spray has dried.  Remove or cover exposed food and drinking water before application.  Remove or cover dishes, utensils, food processing equipment and food preparation surfaces, or wash them before use.  Do not apply directly to or near water, storm drains, or drainage ditches.  Do not apply when windy.  To prevent product runoff, do not over water the treated areas or apply prior to heavy rainfall.  For home garden use, do not apply more than 10 times per season.  Do not reapply within 3 days except under extreme pest pressure.  In case of extreme pest pressure do not reapply within 24 hours.  For outdoor ornamentals, do not apply more than 1 time per day.  Not for use in outdoor residential misting systems.

Indoors:  Houseflies and flying moths:  as a room spray to control these pests, close doors and windows and pump spray aiming the nozzle in the upper corners of the room and filling room with a fine mist.  Keep room door closed for at least 15 minutes and then thoroughly ventilate before reoccupying.  Before spraying in kitchen or dining areas, cover or remove food and utensils.  Also spray into cracks and crevices along floor boards where suspected pests are hiding.
