It's very watery, but I can live with that. What turns me off is the extremely strong scent. Just apply a little bit and the smell will overpower eveything else. So that's why I won't buy this after-shave again.
I'm going to try mixing it with another lotion, just to reduce the scent and give it some viscosity.

Got this for my husband and it went directly into the trash after the first use. Nasty smell and watery with a strange consistency. Yech.

Disappointed - As an Earth Science product I was disappointed with the strong scent which prohibited my using it. This is in contrast to the Earth Science shaving cream which I enjoy using.

I really like this product, but it's not %100 natural since it has perfume in it. The most confusing part however, besides that they added it to a "natural" ingredient product is that they made is smell so womanly. Smells like a mix between powder-fresh and lavender. It does make my face feel great, is more of a liquid consistency as opposed to balms and things of that nature, but the fragrance ordeal just throws me off.

I have been using this product for over two (2) years. I like the clean feeling it leaves on my face and neck after massaging it into my skin.

Frankly, this wasn't what I expected when I first got it. I am used to lotions or gels and couldn't imagine a liquid would deliver the results I wanted. I have sensitive skin and shaving irritates it (although it's not quite as bad with the Azulene Shave Cream, which is one of the best I've encountered). Yet this liquid has delivered unbelievably well. And if you use it properly, the bottle doesn't get all messed up. You tip the bottle into your other hand and let a bit out. Then rub your hands together briefly and apply to face. I don't use a lot but I seem to get the whole face covered. There is no sting like with an alcohol-based product and my face dries quickly. I'm still amazed at how good my face feels after I use this. That said, I'll probably go with a gel or lotion next time as I just prefer that feel. But this stuff has lasted me a long, long time and been a tremendous value and great performer. So I may just purchase again. While others talk about the scent, I really never notice it. And I know with deodorant/anti-perspirant and cologne, you won't have people noticing any scent from this. All in all, this is a great value and I was more than pleasantly surprised with the results I've received.

I do not care for this product. It is very watery - not like a typical after shave lotion at all. I found it very hard to apply evenly. It is too messy to use as "splash". But if you try to rub it in it leaves a white film that is difficult to remove. It also smells distincly like baby powder which I did not like. The white bottle lid also gets brown and messy after a few uses.

On the plus side it does seem to soothe the skin and seems gentle.

I bought this after shave because I was looking for something to re-moisturize my face and head after I shave. My skin is sensitive and I wanted to avoid the normal alcohol based products that are prevalent in the market. I was surprised at how watery this product was. I was expecting a little more of a lotion consistency. However, I do find that it refreshes my skin after a shave without the nasty sting of alcohol. I feel like it could use a little more moisturizers and maybe a better bottle to pour out the watery lotion. The bottle is a bit messy after you've used it a few times.

Other mentioned the fragrance, but I found the smell to be very light and not overpowering which works for me.
