I have dry eye and blepharitis, so need to cleanse my eye lids once or twice a day. This cleanser does the job for me. It is gentle and non drying...much better than baby shampoo, which is sometimes recommended. The green tea is an antibacterial agent that helps with my plugged tear glands. The added bonus is that it does a nice job taking off my eye make up. Two thumbs up!

I am SO excited to find DrugStore.com carries this product! I used to buy it in the natural isle of my large grocery store, but they've been changing the items they carry. My daughter and I LOVE this product -- and we have tried almost everything out there from department store brands to home business brands, and we keep coming back to Earth Science. I'm done trying other brands. Why change when you have something that works! We have very sensitive skin. Everything else we have tried either irritates our eyes, or doesn't get all of our mascara off. We put a little on a cotton square, rubbing our lashes while our eye is closed, it removes everything, then we wash our face. It doesn't break our lashes, doesn't leave mascara residue, doesn't irritate, and doesn't have harmful ingredients. We just LOVE this product!

I think some folks are using it incorrectly. It is a kind of soap - not a wipe off product. Dab a tiny bit on your eyes and then scrub with a little water and it works beautifully. I go to great lengths to find this particular product! Nothing I've ever tried, at any price, works as well.

I wanted this product because it's natural, but it did not take off my eye makeup at all. All it did was get into my eyes. A real lose-lose situation.

I have been removing make-up for 20 years and this is the best product I've found. It even works on waterproof mascara. I use it in the shower every night, a little dab on each eye, massage into lashes, rinse and everything is clean. I use white towels so I've always had to be careful with make-up residue but with this I don't have a problem. I don't know why other reviewers say this doesn't work, maybe they're not massaging the product to loosen mascara or wiping with cotton instead of rinsing with water. I have used pretty much every overpriced department store brand as well as drug store brands but this is the gentlest, most effective one I've found. Love it.

I've used many eyemakeup removers and this is the BEST ever. Please note that i've used Loreal, Neutrogena, Alba, Avon, Dior, and countless others and they have ALL irritated the eyes and skin. I don't use it with a cotton ball though. Since it is very gel like, i put some on the tips of my fingers and smooth over my eyes. I do this twice and VOILA!! all my heavy dark goth makeup is completely gone. It is gentle on the skin and the eyes. NEVER irritates. PLEASE DRUGSTORE!! DO NOT DISCONTINUE SELLING THIS.

I was using BWC(Beauty Without Cruelty) eye makeup remover before but wanted to try something better. But. I was wrong! BWC at least would clean about 95% of my eye makeup in one swipe. This product however, must be used twice to get 95% clean.

I have tried many eye makeup removers and they all tend to sting my eyes - except for this one. AND it removes all of my eye makeup quickly as well. I see others did not like this product very much, but it works very well for me.

I like to use all natural products when I can. I am very sorry I bought this product; it does not remove makeup well at all and was very drying. I would not recommend this product.
