My hair is shoulder length, somewhat thick, and straight with a very slight wave to it. It's not color treated or damaged, but the top layer tends to frizz and the ends feel dry, so I thought I would give this a try. I prefer unscented products, but the smell of this is mild and not offensive. This shampoo lathers well but is hard to rinse out, just like conditioner is. When I use it in the tub I rinse with a hand held shower and it leaves surface bubbles on the water, just like conditioner does. But the real problem with this shampoo is that it leaves my hair looking dull and feeling stiff.

I am ordering more of this right now. I decided to try it and I ran out a while ago and I miss it! No other shampoo compares. This makes my hair feel wonderful. For real. You can tell the difference in the shower after you rinse it out. It makes my hair so smooth. Love this. Ordering a few bottles! However, I don't much care for the conditioner that goes with this shampoo, it's kinda eh. I think I still have half a bottle left. Just LOVE the shampoo tho.

This product is perfect. If you're thinking about switching from conventional hair care products to something more friendly to the environment, this product is easily comparable. It has a nice light scent and cleans well, but in combination with the conditioner is very moisturizing and leaves hair shiny. It probably works best for those with thicker hair.
