That's not really a big deal, but I'm used to sponges that I can rinse thoroughly so that the next shower is started with a clean slate. This sponge is also not as exfoliating as I was hoping it would be. You could use any ordinary household sponge and get the same results for a lot less money. I wish they had put a larger loop on it to make it easier to hang up in the shower. Easy to get a lot of lather with any soap and it feels soft on your skin; much better than the other sponges I had tried and it cost less.

Cons Best Uses Comments about Earth Therapeutics Anti-Bacterial Body Sponge, 1 ea: I've reordered the same one maybe a few times over the years, I find that it lasts much longer than the manufacturer's suggestion. I have a particularly humid bathroom and this sponge has never molded. My son isn't always good about wringing his out properly and many times he has left it in a soaking wet heap in the corner of the shower and it stayed fresh anyway. I wash them with the regular laundry and had even added bleach to the load and it is still effective. The loop handle is securely sewn on and has never separated.

I wanted something easy to hold and not plastic. It works fine though it's hard to rinse thoroughly at the end of a shower as it holds a lot of suds. I'll use it for a while and won't re-order.

I was using those puffy sponges but since I've switched to this sponge I haven't been breaking out in my body trouble zones. It's really soft but still has a little exfoliating so it's great for sensitive skin. It even has a little loop so it can be hung. I like it so much I bought another one for when this one wears out. It's pretty absorbent so dye in your soap may color the sponge. Pros Cons
