Earth Therapeutics Dream Zone Sleep Mask fits the bill 100% and then some! The most comfortable one I've ever had, and the price is SO low! I've paid [$] for some that aren't half as comfortable. The material is like silk and you can adjust the size quite easily with the velco. It does not mess up you hair and the fit is so comfortable. You won't get a headache from wearing it. I love, love, love it! Sweet dreams!

Small padded areas over both sides opf the bottom of the nose area easily compress to enable complete block out of light. Great gift.

And it's extremely nice effectively blocks out all light soft on the skin and is large enough to cover your eyes and more. However, the straps are very thick and awkwardly placed and irritates the side of my ears. I wish they were a shade thinner and placed a bit higher.

Problem is when husband is @ home he likes adjacent doors open and lets light in. At night he falls asleep with light on and the mask really comfortably blocks out light.
