Buyer Beware! Plan on sending this item through the wash at least once prior to using it. The material it is made out of STINKS! It smells GROSS! If I knew this in advance I would not have ordered it.

I've never been a sleep mask user because they were cumbersome, didn't block out the light, or fit terrible. This brand & style is exceptional. It has small pillow like pads that rest on top of your cheekbones which helps it stay in place. The straps are velcro and adjustable so no worries about "stretching out" after few uses. Silky, and most importantly; blocks out ALL light. Love It!

Comes with a fresh light calming lavendar scent. Soft comfortable material. Extra material under eyes to keep the light out. Works great, just wish I could make the band a little tighter- I generally wear large size hats.

I am a migraine sufferer. When I have a migraine, I can't stand even the slightest slivers of light. This sleep mask is super soft and lightweight, but it works better than any other I've tried. It has cushiony pockets at the bottom that prevent light from coming in under my eyes or around my nose where other sleep masks are likely to fail. The silk feels luxurious against my skin, and the adjustable elastic strap keeps it comfortably in place.

I use this to block out the light at night when my husband still has the TV on. It works great and is most comfortable, not interferring with my sleep at all.

I like this eye shade very much, it is soft and silky and doesn't irritate my skin like other eye shades have done in the past. I live in NYC and there is a lot of ambient light that gets into my bedroom, so an eye shade is a must. However, after a few months of nightly use, the elastic band has stretched out more and more, to the point where now it is too large to use without tying the band in a knot. Maybe it'd be OK for occasional use for travel, but it doesn't stand up to nightly use.

Not the 'super soft' product stated - should be much softer for all night comfort, but even with the heaviness is wearable.

This is the best eye mask I've used to date. I need darkness to fall asleep, but I disliked having anything tight on my face. This mask is great because its velcro band is adjustable and it is made of cotton and silk so it is breathable.
