I use this on my back with bath/shower gel. Soap is a little less effective in a good clean feel. Though the bristles are just a tad too stiff, I am still happy because my back always tends to be itchy from dryness. I also liked the feel of the handle when using, and really liked the fact that I could reach the brush down to the bottom of my back as well as side-to-side.

I do not use it everyday, Just when I feel my back needs more scubbing, about once a week. Stays clean with just water. Very easy on skin. Have had for more than 1 year without issue.

After only 3 months the brush handle broke. Tthe brush fell on the shower floor when the little rope handle on the end came untied. This was the only time the brush was dropped. Very poor quality and certainly not a good value to only last 3 months. I note other reviews mention the same issue.

This is a lovely looking brush. I just wish it had better bristles. They are very sparse, nylon bristles. I had hoped for better.

I used this brush about 5 or 6 times, took proper care of it by never dropping it and always hanging it after each use, and it broke in two while I was using it the other day. The head of the brush split in half and all of the bristles fell out. While the brush worked well while it lasted, I don't think I will be purchasing the same brand again due to this experience with it and based on the other reviews that I've read that seem to be the same problem.

I've never had one of these brushes break, and I've bought five of them. I used them until the bristles wore out, then replaced them. I'm disappointed to see they may not be around much longer.

Great brush with just the right bristle firmness and size of brush. However, just one drop in the shower and the handle snapped clean off. Now, it is just a hand brush, no more back scrubbing.

The brush broke at the handle while scrubbing my back. Stress fracture at handle. Liked it enough to order another one. Will have to use more care.
