Have used this brush for years. liked the exfoliation. Bristles are slightly longer now. Not tight and thick. Why?.

I'd read reviews on other sites and this really is a great tool for dry-brushing which might not sound like something worthwhile but I feel better when I dry-brush before a hot bath or shower.

I bought this brush for dry brushing purposes. It is way too stiff and scratchy. Just gently brushing it over my skin I could see small scratches left behind.

It's exactly what a dry brush should be. Feels great, very easy to use. I'd definitely recommend it.

I don't know if I'm too sensitive or what, but this thing is so hard that it's painful to use. It's a fantastic idea.. I just wish it was more pleasant to use. The product description says it can be used wet or dry, but I hesitate to wet it as I'm unsure how it will maintain/lose its shape and how effective a sopping wet brush will be.

I use this as a daily dry brush on arms, legs, back, etc... and find that my skin feels cleaner, softer and brighter. Dry brushing was recommended for a whole-body detoxing program I am doing. I had never heard of it before, but am satisfied that my whole body feels better now that I started using the dry brush before showering to exfoliate and remove additional impurities. Because of the rough texture, it feels great on arms, legs and back, but I would not recommend for sensitive skin or the face.

long lasting- works great. be sure to hang the brush to dry after use, and it will last you a long time!

I use a bath brush to scrub my back and my feet, and was excited to try this one for the exfoliating properties and stiffness all of the reviews said it had. That was the first letdown that I had with this product -the bristles are VERY stiff and scratchy (a good thing for me) when they are dry, but as soon as they get wet, they don't do their job.

I also should have heeded some of the other reviews that mentioned the brush's difficulty in drying out..... mine STINKS after only a week or two! I've tried hanging it, laying it flat, taking it OUT of the shower completely when I'm done with it -it still smells like mildew/mold! Unfortunately, I'm going to end up throwing this one in the trash.
