I didn't want to progress to something medicated so, I started using this cream, and the cracks felt soothed and started to heal within days. I actually have a big crack in my heel that was not there before. I will have to go back to using my very effective foot cream with toxic chemicals until I can find an acceptable natural alternative. This product has greatly improved my heels and use it all over my feet. It seems to have an anti-bacterial quality as well as an exfoliant without causing the skin to rub-off like some products. There is also a foot cream by the same company that I sometimes apply over the rest of my foot too. I love the smell and my feet look much healthier. I 'm on my 6th tube and each one has lasted a long time.

My feet smell like candie canes lol! It was not a bad smell I thought it was entertaining. I like this stuff and I don't have to wash my hands afterwards like the stuff from philosophy where you do.
