Gave this as a gift to someone who just had eye surgery. The combination of heat and light weight was perfect to relax neck and shoulder muscles.

Good enough. Pricey at [$]. Chamomile/Lavender aroma subtle, gentle. Feels good when heated. Beads have to be reajusted continuously.

Considering it uses rice, it holds heat well, about 10 minutes. It is too small for my intended use as heat therapy for a neck injury; it sits too low for the neck and is too small to relieve shoulder muscle stress.

This product is very comfortable and conforms to your neck line. It does not slip off when you bend over, as other "straight" ones do. I'm hoping that the smell will dissipate with repeated use.
