Works great on long thick hair, one of the better brushes I've owned. However, it has a very strong rubber tire smell.

I bought this for my 6 year old daughter who has hair to her behind. She usually hates brushing her hair because all her brushes and combs pull her hair. Well, the other night I went to check on her at bedtime and she was sitting up brushing her hair. I couldn't believe it! The bristles have soft tips but are durable enough to pull out all the tangles without yanking and breaking, and the handle is super comfortable. We both love it!

i just got this brush.i got 2 one for wet hair..

I've got medium to thick wavy hair, and this brush does the trick. Not hard on my scalp, seems to be the trick! Comfy handle as well.

This is a good, basic brush. It gets the tangles out of my son's thick, wavy hair without pain or damage to the hair. Feels good in the hand and leaves hair looking well groomed.

I have owned this brush for five years and am now purchasing a second one. Not because the first one broke or wore out, but because a family member is leaving for college and I don't want to lose my hairbrush.

From every beauty manual I've read, it's a sin to even think about brushing hair until it is bone dry. (which would make blow drying impossible) But there are occasions when you have wet hair and no time. This brush is especially good for those times, because it doesn't damage the wet hair, and detangles beautifully.

This brush is also good in letting you know you have dandruff or if you are/are not keeping it under control. The bristles are mounted in a black rubber backing, which attracts flakes and lets you know if you need to step up your anti-dandruff routine. The black rubber backing, although useful, is the Achille's Heel of the brush, because as the brush ages, the rubber backing will pop right out of the brush, bristles and all! It pops back in again, but it's a pain if you are trying to get your hair done in a hurry. To fix this, I used a bit of heavy duty glue (named after a very large primate), which solved the problem permanently.

All in all, it's a great brush with one flaw that can be easily remedied. You could do a lot worse for the money.

I don't know what the last reviewer was trying to accomplish with this brush. My wife and I both love ours. It works great and is very comfortable - both in the grip and on the scalp. (How can a brush - even a cheap one - be "complicated" to use?!)

it is awful cheap Brush. you will waste your money if you buy it; first time i tried it freeze my hair and damaged it. also the handle is very bad designed. i discover that in order to get good quality brushes you have to pay the price coz cheap brushes like this one you will leave you disappointed .
