I was excited to find this product because the flavor is the same as the Atkins meal replacement I was on prior to this. The price of EAS, however, is about $2.00 less per 4-pack. However, the taste, compared to Atkins Advantage Cafe Caramel Latte is totally inferior. The viscocity of this drink is very watered down compared to the Atkins, as is the flavor. The Atkins is good straight from the package, but even better in the blender with a little ice. Then you've transformed it into a delicious, satisfying "Frapuccino" type drink... Because the EAS is so watered down in terms of flavor and texture, the blender would produce a horrible tasting result, i'm afraid.

Bottom line, although the Atkins costs a bit more, the taste FAR makes up for it, in my opinion. Especially if you use these every day as a meal replacement.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Love this product. Unlike lots of others I have tried, this has a wonderful flavor that tastes like iced coffee. The Strawberry one tastes like a melted milkshake, yummy too.
