Comments about EAS Advantage AdvantEdge Carb Control, Chocolate Fudge, 4 ea: Judging by the other reviews it seems like I might be the only one having this problem, but so far, I have noticed that the shakes do not work well as a meal replacement. I end up hungrier shortly after drinking one than beforehand. I feel like there is something weird about the way my body metabolizes the protein in this because normally, 17 grams of protein in a serving of something natural like meat or dairy is plenty to keep me full for at least an hour or two. For the record, I am 5'5, 118lbs and I don't need to lose weight, just want to increase my protein to carbs intake ratio and cut out junk food...but sadly these shakes didn't help me.

These beverages are high in protein and are fortified with many vitamins and minerals. Often these drinks are the only thing I can consume in a day and I feel good that I am at least having something healthy if I can't eat food. Not only are they healthy, they taste great. Drink them cold and they taste just like choclate milk...no funny after taste! My only problem is that they are a little pricey since you only get 4 per package. I love it takes the guessing out off what to eat or even making bad choices it works for me .
