I made a mistake when ordering. Thought I was getting the Peanut Carmel Crisp. The Carmel Crisp are very good. These have a strange taste. The have more Calories, more fat, and less protein. I would not recommend them.

I think they are pretty expensive, but they are worth it to me, because I don't eat meat, and I have to get my protein, from somewhere. Plus they fill me up. I do good to eat a whole one.

This product is one of the more tasty low carb meal replacement bars. Great with coffee (decaf of course:) for breakfast!

I eat a bar about 1 hour before my workout. It gives me more energy and lets my body know that it's got plenty of good stuff to work with.
